We started Degree Crafters in Indore because too many good students were picking colleges off a brochure. We wanted an admissions process that felt like advice from someone who actually knew you.
Degree Crafters began as a small desk helping engineering graduates figure out whether an MBA was worth it. Since then, we've grown into a full admissions and degree-counseling practice — but the question we ask every student on day one hasn't changed: what do you actually want out of this degree?
That question shapes every shortlist we build, every SOP we edit, and every visa file we review. We'd rather send you to the right program with a smaller name than the wrong one with a famous logo.
Government estimates put the number of Indian students abroad at roughly 9 lakh in 2022, climbing past 1.3 million by 2024 — India now sends the second-highest number of students overseas of any country, behind only China. That growth is exactly why good, honest counseling matters more, not less.
We don't take commissions that would bias a recommendation. If a program isn't right for you, we'll say so — even if it costs us the referral fee.
You get a single point of contact from your first call to your first semester abroad — not a rotating desk of case managers.
If your profile isn't competitive for a program yet, we'll tell you what to fix and how long it'll realistically take.
Our job isn't done at the offer letter — we check in through your first year to help with anything that comes up.
